It is a kind of 1Cr17-Ni-Mo CO2 gas shielded flux cored welding wire for the hardfacing of the valve sealing surface.
The deposited metal of this product is 1Cr17-Ni-Mo chromium steel, and the deposited layer has air quenching characteristics. Generally, heat treatment is not required, and it is a highly compatible surface deposited flux cored welding wire. It is mostly used for hardfacing of carbon steel or alloy steel valve sealing surfaces with working temperatures below 600 ℃. Features: Excellent welding process performance, less spatter, stable arc, easy slag removal, and good weld formation. It has better high-temperature strength and corrosion resistance than 507.Its deposited metal contains nickel, molybdenum, vanadium, silicon, and a certain amount of austenite in the metallographic structure. The deposited metal has excellent high-temperature friction resistance, impact resistance, high high-temperature hardness, good thermal stability, and thermal fatigue resistance.
