Features:

It is mainly used for the core stator superimposed welding of all kinds of motors, air conditioning compressors, motor cars and motorcycles, wheel motors, etc

Technical Performance:

1) The main machine adopts hydraulic cylinder to press the stator lamination and measure the thickness through the displacement sensor (the accuracy reaches 0.1mm), the stator stack thickness is out of tolerance automatically alarm, the tool automatically expands the inner hole of the core stator and presses tightly.

2) The main machine adopts double station arrangement, loading and unloading and welding are carried out separately.

3) 2-8 welding guns can be configured as required to weld at the same time, improving welding efficiency, and the welding gun automatically rotates to the next weld after welding.

4) The welding process of multiple welds can be completed at one time or individually, and the welding of 4, 8, 12 and 16 welds is completed by 4 welding guns. The rotation and walking welding of welding gun are driven by AC servo motor.

5) Configuration arc, arc closure copper gasket, workpiece welding arc is perfect.

6) Can be configured according to the need of automatic grabbing load shifting manipulator.

7) TIG, Plasma, Laser welding process can be configured.
