Used for joining and repair welding of aluminum bronze castings of similar composition,and for depositing bearing surface and wear and corrosion resistant surfaces.Welding in the flat position is perferred.Welding in other positions can be done successfully with pulsed arc welding euipment and welder technique.
High strength and elasticity: CuAl11Fe welding wire has high strength and good elastic properties. Corrosion resistance: The wire exhibits good corrosion resistance and long-term vibration stability in seawater environments.
High wear resistance and wear resistance: CuAl11Fe welding wire can still maintain good wear resistance and wear resistance under high load conditions.
