It is a kind of 1Cr13 CO2 gas shielded flux cored welding wire for the hardfacing of the valve sealing surface.
The deposited metal of this product is 1Cr13 chromium steel, and the deposited layer has air quenching characteristics. Generally, heat treatment is not required, and it is a highly compatible surface deposited flux cored welding wire. It is mostly used for hardfacing of carbon steel or alloy steel valve sealing surfaces with working temperatures below 450 ℃. Features: Excellent welding process performance, less spatter, stable arc, easy slag removal, and good weld formation.
