Capacitor Energy Stud Welder
The working mode of capacitor energy storage and 1-3ms discharge is especially suitable for welding of thin plates within 0.5-10mm. The diameter of the stud is M3-M10, which can be welded to common metals such as low carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminum alloy and brass. The material needs to be similar to or the same to the parent material; the surface of the plate must be conductive and good. there is need for oil or zinc coating on the surface, and further confirm its weldability.
